Warranty Policy

We’re committed to your complete satisfaction.  That is why we offer a satisfaction guaranteed warranty that our products are free of any defects in material or workmanship for seven years from the date of purchase; regardless of where you purchase your UtensilMax.

We work hard to make certain that that each UtensilMax is of the very best quality.  While we’re committed to maintaining the highest quality standards, on occasion, unsatisfactory product may slip through our system.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Our customer service staff is available to help you weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

You will be asked for your name, address, purchase location and product information, what product and color you are returning, and why it is being returned.  You will then receive a Return Authorization.  Once we receive your returned product, we will replace it with similar product free of charge.  We promise to ship your replacement within three business days.
